I
f you are interested in any of our Properties, then the following are a few points to be aware of:
  • Lease offered is a Private Residential Tenancy Agreement (PRT)
  • All prospective tenants are referenced by Homelet Referencing
  • If the referencing process is successful you will be asked to pay your first month's rent in advance as well as a six weeks security deposit when you move into the property
  • If a guarantor is required, they must be in full time employment in the UK and are willing to sign a legal document accepting liability should the tenant default.
Your Responsibilities
  • Key responsibilities will be defined in the Tenancy Agreement

  • As a tenant you will be responsible for all the utility accounts including Council Tax. The landlord retains responsibility for repairs and compliance with safety regulations
